La Popular Cocina Mexicana

La Popular Cocina Mexicana is coming to Chandler Fashion Center in fall 2027, bringing the flavors and energy of Mexico City to the East Valley. Enjoy elevated Mexican favorites like ribeye tacos, ahi tuna tostadas, chicken mole poblano and churros, plus craft cocktails and a curated selection of agave spirits.

Wagyu House

Specializing in all-you-can-eat yakiniku, Wagyu House offers the world’s most sought-after cuts — including American and Australian full blood Wagyu, and the highly coveted Japanese A5 Wagyu — offering an indulgent and unforgettable meal. Wagyu House will be joining us in the former Kona Grill location.

Din Tai Fung

The new dining lineup includes iconic Taiwanese restaurant brand Din Tai Fung, globally renowned for its handcrafted Xiao Long Bao or soup dumplings. With its signature exposed dumpling showcase kitchen and authentic flavors, Din Tai Fung promises an unforgettable hospitality experience, set to open in 2027.

Seafood City Supermarket

Seafood City (now open), is a Filipino grocery store with a vibrant selection of in-house restaurants that will serve Pan-Asian savory dishes, bakery treats and popular street foods. Seafood lovers will find something special: live tanks of fresh fish and crustaceans, paired with a complimentary cook-to-order service, offering a catch & cook experience!

Shopping just keeps getting better. We’ve expanded our lineup inside the center with exciting new arrivals including J.Crew Factory, Swarovski, GARAGE and Peloton. Expanding retailers include Sephora, Footlocker, Journey's and Kendra Scott. Coming in 2027; Zara, Alo, Levi's + MORE! Stay tuned as we unveil fresh additions and exciting brand expansions in the months ahead.
