Technician

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
-Opening and/or closing the store
-Providing product information to customers and helping find the right solution for their needs
-Interacting with associates from retail partners.
-Repairing and cleaning customers’ devices.
-Ordering necessary parts to repair various devices.
-Installing purchased equipment on customers' devices.
-Performing inventory counts.
-Preparing store to be presentable for all customers.
-Staying updated on the market.
-Reporting to the store manager about the problems and possible solutions.
