Join Purelistic Health for a "Walk with Dr. T!"

A wellness event designed to inspire, promote activity, wellness, and health. Led by Dr. Teresa Ayela-Uwangue of Healing Touch Direct Primary Care.

Enjoy a perfect opportunity to kickstart a healthier lifestyle in a cool walking environment, and connect with like-minded individuals-just by walking. This event is free to attend, no need to sign up! 

The first 25 people to check in at event will get a free handmade soap, courtesy of Purelistic Health!

Come in through the entrance between Dillard's and Wildflower Bread Co. 

Meet just outside the lower-level Macy's Entrance, near Purelistic Health. 

Event Timeline:

• 8:30 AM   - Presentation on a general health topic (approx. 20minutes)
• 8:50 AM   - Warm up, instructions on walking path (5-10 minutes)
• 9:00 AM   - WALK!!! (approx. 45-50 minutes)
• 9:50 AM   - Re-group / cool down/stretch & Raffle Prizes 
• 10:00 AM  - Enjoy your day!!!
