POUND is a full body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.
Jan 11th Pure Barre
Pure Barre Classic is our original barre class and the foundation of our proprietary technique. It is the fastest, most effective, full body workout offered. Our 50-minute Classic class guides you through a series of low-impact high-intensity movements designed to strengthen and tone your body in ways that no other technique can.
Jan 18th Jabz Boxing
Class will be a 45 minute circuit workout that combines boxing exercises with cardio, strength training, plyometrics, and numerous other functional exercises used to produce maximum results for your body. No gloves needed to participate!
Jan 25th DCFit
Join DCFit for a fun, full body HIIT workout! We’ll bring some of our favorite equipment to set up a circuit that will have you moving your way to the finish. With tons of guided options at each station, this workout is appropriate for all fitness levels. Newer to working out? We have options for you! Need a challenge to keep you pushing? We have level ups for you! Come join us and let’s have some fun while working hard!
