March 3rd, 10am: HIGH Fitness

HIGH Fitness is an emerging leader in group fitness, inspiring people from all walks of life to a lifestyle of better health and overall wellness. HIGH transforms old school aerobics into a highly addictive new fitness experience that combines simple, modern fitness techniques (i.e. HIIT, plyometrics, etc.) with music you know and love. This results in a high energy, INTENSE and crazy fun workout that leaves participants wanting more. Our formula alternates between cardio peaks and toning tracks that will take your heart rate to the sky and strength to the next level. Beyond the workout, the HIGH fitness culture embodies a lifestyle of empowering people to maximize their health and be the best version of themselves.

March 17th, 10am: Barre3

Barre3 mixes athleticism, grace, and the latest innovations designed to balance the body. Inspired by ballet barre, yoga, and Pilates, instructors guide clients through a specific sequence of movements that tone and lengthen all major muscle groups, rev the heart rate, and strengthen the body. Barre3 is for everyone, this is not a one-size-fits-all approach to exercise. Instead, each individual is empowered to modify postures and develop body awareness for lasting results. Throughout class, clients are given personal attention along with the motivating and upbeat  atmosphere of a group fitness class.

March 24th, 10am: MixxedFit

Everything about this program can be described as explosive – all of the movements are always big, exaggerated, full-out, and their very best. A traditional MixxedFit® class is 60 minutes in length and will get you to your fitness goals a lot quicker than just dancing alone. Why? Because the secret is in the toning that we incorporate. The best part of it all is that we tone using our own bodies. No equipment, no dumbbells, and no awkward toning contraptions!

March 31st, 10am: FLO

A 60 minute heart-pumping, adrenaline-fueled cycling
class that combines an intense cardio workout with core and upper body
sculpting. FLO Emcees seamlessly incorporate high energy playlists into one amazing rhythm ride. FLO's custom designed Stage S3 bikes are the perfect combination of form and function. They are easy to adjust and offer a stable, smooth ride.
